I’m a 47 year old super Trek fan and I was honestly worried about the franchise after Into Darkness. Pegg, Jung, Lin and the rest of the team knocked it out of the park.   3. Probably my favorite of the reboots… This turned out to be a pretty good movie. While I still prefer the originals over these, it’s nice to see the story go on while giving many nods to the other movies and series in the franchise.Visually it’s pretty stunning. The plot is another revenge story… which seems to be the only thing the reboots know how to do.I do not care for the continued romance between Spock and Uhura… Something about it just really bothers me.Guess we will see where the 4th…
